I saw a preview on tv for this, harold is shown as a kid, and he says he is going to build a machine that can think, which I thought was a little corny.
But also he asks root how did she get something, and is she talking to the machine, or did the machine tell her, and she just smiles.

Edit: This is such a freaking awesome show ... I already love to watch those previews ... these scenes and conversations between Harold and Root ... amazing ...

Well saw the show, at first there is a good shot of Amy, and she is so pretty !
After that she isnt in the show!! she is still confined!
Now somehow she got the number after harold was avoiding the calls, and she told him not to ignore "her". they never explained this. Hopefully she can get out of the cage if she wants to.
Reese is acting out , harold was acting out, gee do they think carter would want them to act like this??
So this time for the mission it was just harold and shaw !
They barely get the job done, but turns out they were fooled big time and are in really bad trouble now.
Another old friend of harold almost created the same machine, at first they implied he had, and I was thinking wow what a good idea, now we can have a good one and a bad one LOL.
But after harold finished first they shut all the other projects down.
So pretty good ep, now we have to wait and see how they get out of their mess.
and we get to meet the woman who is the evil boss.

Well watched a version I could stop action, and I see Samaritan is status unknown!
so it might be machine # 2!
also at the end it gave the probability of death on admin as 43% clay as 46% and shaw as 85% !
I cant see shaw saving them with hearse there, so the only one who could save them is the machine or root.
The machine could turn the electricity off giving shaw a chance to do something, or root could show up.
the other 2 are off at the bar or in jail.
I am thinking root has a way out of her cell and gets out when they leave, and back in when they come back.

Well, I was out on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for Christmas dinners with friends and colleagues, so besides watching this as usual awesome ep I was a bit short of time to post.
But I'm totally fascinated, how they again and again manage to deliver one great ep after another, even after that epic three-parter ...
Out there we might get a second kind of Machine (Samaritan) ... wow ... I'm not sure though, if it was just inactive or even unfinished. So does Finch's Machine give Samaritan the final touch or only activate it? Or is someone else behind this? Is Samaritan the backup for Finch's Machine and "Control" activates it, because they lost Finch's Machine? Is Finch's Machine still delivering "relevant" numbers to "Control?
Now that Control stepped out of the dark, what are their plans? How will Shaw and Finch get out of their mess?
Damn the hiatus now, I really can't wait for the next eps ...

Yeah, Samaritan's status changes from deactivated to unknown, so Finch's Machine is probably newly evaluating the situation. Good to see that even Finch's Machine isn't omniscient of every aspect ... Also interesting: "Competing systems: Monitoring ... Operational conflict potential"   



Shaw at 85% ...    noooo! But I'm sure they won't dare to kill her off. Imho Shaw gets better and better and by now is an integral part of the show. Ep 3x11 is her best besides "Relevance" (the one Shaw appeared first, when she was working for Control). It was awesome how she asked Finch for new numbers and made clear that she - besides Root - is the only one of the team who already moved on from grieving and is ready for their mission again. I loved how she worked undercover as a doctor ("talking is overrated"   ) and I really think she even could replace Reese, if necessary.

BTW, "Prism: Active, Decoy" and Arthur: "They let Congress shut us down, all except for that piece of crap Prism, but that was just to throw anyone off the scent."

I agree! It's great to have her in a big and excellent top show like PoI.

I think, you as one of Amy's biggest fans really should try "Much Ado About Nothing". The cast as a whole is awesome and besides that it's just an Amy fest. She really is adorable there ...

I think we might have a 2nd machine, which I think could make for a good storyline.

Hopefully shaw and harold's escape is better than the one in Arrow! LOL
I dont think they will kill any more of the gang right now.
Reese will be ok now that Fusco beat some sense into him!
few more weeks and we will see.

I have much ado lol I just keep forgetting to watch it!
Maybe this week.
I have to say she is the only reason I would watch it.
Not really into shakespear.
