"The Devil’s Share" – As the POI team seeks justice for Carter’s murder, Finch realizes one of his team members may go one step too far in order to end the war with HR. Also, The Machine gives out the number for NYPD Officer Patrick Simmons, one of the crime organization’s key players, in the dramatic conclusion of a game-changing three-episode PERSON OF INTEREST event, on Tuesday, Nov. 26 (10:00–11:00 PM, ET/PT) on CBS.

Anyone watched the 2:25 BTS for "The Devil's Share" yet?
Well, I did ... and all I can say is ...        ... I think this ep again will blow my mind ... this show is unbelievable, how do they manage to present one awesome ep after another???

So Finch accepts Root's help offer ...
It was so sad, when Root again offers "Let me help you, Harold!", Finch answered "It's already too late", referring to Carter's death.
And Root said "Not for John" ...

I looked at the pics, and saw the tv preview, so will wait for the show, since it is just 24 hours from now.
seems to me this is part of Root becoming part of the team.
they all bring a skill or something to the table, and root is a direct conduit to the machine.
Plus she can handle herself and is a computer whiz.

ok saw the ep and it was pretty good.
More background on the characters thru the counseling scenes.
Was let down when Harold still locked root in the cage at the end, thought he should have left the
door open.
Fusco took Simmons, with bad hand, that was good.
At the end, I thought it would be better to let Simmons live and go to prison, but they killed him which was too easy on him if you ask me.
root says something big is coming, I wonder what it is?
No previews after the show tonight. Guess it is off till Jan?..........checked and

Reese looked the worse for wear as he left the hospital and hunted down Quinn. Surprised Quinn knew that Reese could get though that dozen or so Marshall's to get him! The shooting the flairs to blind the night vision was cool. Did the building burn?? It would have been hot enough to start one on the floor. Team Machine stopped him in time. Finch's words about Carter and his loss of blood made him stop. We see a lot of guys like Reese use determination and will power to leave hospital to finish a mission.

Funeral had everyone there ofcourse that knew Carter.

Simmons trying to leave the country with a forged passport. Nice that Fusco held Quinn for the Police and Marshall's and didn't flinch or buckle for Quinn. Also when he found Simmons at airport and had a nice fist fight and apprehended him. Bravo Fusco! Simmons really was the face of HR on the front lines day in and day out. He negotiated with the Russians and Elias. If before someone wanted to start to take down HR he would be the man to go after. He didn't hide like Alonzo Quinn or Dets. Bill Szymanski or Raymond Terney. Carl Elias coming in to avenge Joss Carter by having Scarface do him in. So we have other Officers that work for Elias? He left the room and let Elias in I guess. Surprised it wasn't FBI or U. S. Marshall's that watched him?! I was hoping Simmons would go to prison. But they will have to deal with Elias again someday.

Fusco must still have the key to Carters evidence stash.

Liked the flashbacks for Reese, Finch and Shaw. Kind of showed how they got to where they were when they joined forces.

Root getting out to help was good, shooting all the Russian Mobsters that were after Quinn. Then she went back to her pen and read a book with Bear. Finch closed her in later was good, Will she be on call like Shaw was?? Shaw likes her or at least will work with her. And Fusco has the same problems with Shaw that he did with Reese at first.

Bigger problems coming ofcourse. Will it be the Hersh and team, or the Old guy that did the virus in the machine? Maybe the rich playboy that Reese protected last season who looked into Reese and Finch? But we still have Elias, and not sure why Carter had kept him under wraps? The Russians and would have to be left over HR members that slipped under the radar.

When the Russians went through the lawyer Jimmy Ransone's home they knocked the door off hinges per the video feed. Then when the Team got there it was back on the hinges.

I think this three-parter with eps 3x08, 3x09 and 3x10 was just brilliant and one of the best pieces of TV art ever.
It's easily at eye level with Breaking Bad, seriously ... that intro with the song "Hurt" or just the last scenes with Elias and his monologue ... epic ...
Don't know how they might ever top that, but ok, I've said that about episodes of PoI before ... and they did ...
But it would be totally enough, if they just manage to keep the quality ...

BTW, the PoI podcast for ep 3x10 was really fun. David Valcin (Scarface, Elias's right hand, who finally killed Simmons) was taking part!

I absolutely agree. Now we know Shaw's medical background and why she's so good at patching up the wounded.
The most surprising one was Fusco. So he was a cold-blooded killer even before he got into bed with HR??!! Wow ...
But he evolved through Carter and honoured her, keeping her - like Elias said - "civilized way" by not just killing Simmons ...
