They fight, but Tischbier holds the trump card: his mother will have her kidney transplant but Martin is the donor. He must get to East Berlin by the afternoon. Martin travels back over the border for the first time since the beginning of his journey – first to West Berlin, where he delivers a package to a mysterious man.
