There will be 2 T-800's in the movie , the older one is Arnold.LOL he says they skinned T's age like humans just not as fast LOL.
There is a young sarah but a old john, and a young kyle.
This isn't a reboot, it is intertwined with T-1, so T-1 happened and you will see more of that, but at same time other events.
Like you see the original T-800 sent back, and then later the older version sent back.
A lot of time travel in this.
Just as I was warming up to the movie they announce the Dr who guy matt smith will get a big role, and be in the sequels too, 2more! LOL
I looked him up and man is he goofy looking!!
Due in theaters July 1st 2015

apparently they dumped the Rock as a T??
"that bodybuilder Aaron Williamson plays a young T-800 Terminator,"
So that is the young and old T and maybe there is another , but I dont see the Rock in any of the cast listings.

This is said to be a standalone trilogy, but it directly ties into T-1??
They also chose not to call it T-5 to separate it from the others LOL
So who knows , might be good, great, stupid, really bad, etc, but it wont be TSCC !!
No tie in to the TSCC !
Rather than Dr who, I would rather have Summer as Cameron in the film, how about you?
And she was available !!!!
They could have even given her a new name and not worry about copyright issues.

The new Terminator TV series does not have a release date yet............ duh it has to be out in sept or Jan/2015 to tie in with or promote the movie??
I forgot Zack Stentz and Ashley Miller have been hired to develop the ongoing series story as well as executive produce.
This news was dated feb 16 2014, or updated then,but was done months before.

On a side note almost human was canceled.

The odd thing is fox keeps trying syfy show but always puts them on mondays?????????/ why mondays???
you would think they might start thinking monday is not a good day for syfy or for a new show.

almost human was in the exact same spot as tscc, and before that was fringe, human target also got the monday slot.

ok I saw another article, and it said the new tv show would follow the movie, so it would be sept 2015 for the show to debut.
Long time to develop the show.
So that means the tv show will be based on the movie , and have ties to that first movie, much like avengers came out , then followed by the shield TV show, with one actor from the movie in the tv show.
If you like the movie then chances are you like the tv show, and if you dont like the movie then you probably wont like the tv show.

It is clever idea to use the original T-1 to help send the story in a new direction.
Also the director is alan taylor , who directed thor # 2
