"The 48"

SEASON TWO BEGINS IN A DANGEROUS NEW WORLD - Picking up where the season one finale ended, Clarke (Eliza Taylor) is still alone in the white room, frantically trying to make sense of her bizarre surroundings, while the fate of Bellamy (Bob Morley), Finn (Thomas McDonell) and Raven (Lindsey Morgan) is still unknown. Lincoln (Ricky Whittle) and Octavia's (Marie Avgeropoulos) daring plan is thwarted and an enemy returns. Meanwhile, Abby (Paige Turco), Kane (Henry Ian Cusick) and the survivors of the Ark must face physical and moral dilemmas in their dangerous and beautiful new world. Finally, Jaha (Isaiah Washington) makes a heroic decision. Devon Bostick and Chris Larkin also star.

Dean White directed the episode written by Jason Rothenberg (#201).

Season 2 looks quite promising. I'm looking forward to that.

I have only seen a few parts, while it was live, and it is kinda dark!
It is like they want to make everything as bad as it could be , throw in some mystery, and a baby left on the station in space lol.

looking at the pics above , I think clarke ate a few too many donuts in the off season?

OK Saw the whole ep and it was better than I thought.
Seems though they will have a bunch of story lines going at same time which I dont really care for as it means slow moving storys.
1. the clark mountain story, are they lying?  she will be trying to get out.
2. the adults and their new crash camps.
3. the girl and guy off on their own.
4. the space station, still going

I think the mountain  people  are definitely  lying, the adults better realize that the kids  know a lot more about the ground then they do and not try to treat  them like they are still in space. Did you notice the Mountain President is Arlo Givens from Justified?

yeah that is raylens dad lol. I forgot he played that.

So why would they lie? and also why want them to stay with them?
I was also thinking the radiation killed them 50 years ago but it might not now.

not very good for premiere, about like reign overall.
I think starting so late hurt the CW shows, except for the flash, they are all down or barely at where they left off last year.
Flash also took a big drop.

no I think it is real, very possible someone else got left there, and there may be a way to get the rest of the station down.
Or the find a escape pod they can repair.
I mean landing the other parts of station was over the top , so might as well land another one.

I think you're onto something ... There's a very short scene in the 2x02 preview trailer with someone in a spacesuit, who could be Jaha ...

Yeah, but why? They definitely don't want to kill them, because if, they already would have done that.
Do they plan to use the 48 for medical experiments? Explore their DNA to develop a treatment for better dealing with radiation?
I'm not sure, why they somehow couldn't do that with the consent of the 48.

I don't know why I think they are lying, but I know I don't trust them.

Well we have to see a few more shows to get a idea of what they want.
They did go out to get them, so they do go outside.
They acted like no one goes out , but they did to get them so they can go out.

Of course they go out and that's no secret, but they only can go by wearing ABC suits, whereas the 100 (the "Sky people") are able to survive without any protective clothes due to their evolutonarily in space adjusted DNA.
