not sure tscc, but didnt they get a S5 and 6 ??
And 6 would be the final season.

anyway saw this one, and it was good, mostly setting up, and it was confusing,
It seems they are living a dual life now, and doing missions only at new location with the
new kid who is also a agent.
Then they fly back home, and live normal life lol.
Surely they are not still travel agents too?

Paige learning to fight, she needs that.
Is henry a new actor or did he just grow??

Seems like liz wanted to go home, but philip didnt so they stayed with the new setup.
and his son is coming to find him, but I wonder how he will find him ??

1) Ups, your're right. There will be a final sixth season with 10 episodes. I already had made a The Americans - Season 5 and 6 thread , but then you had to make another thread just for season 5 and so I forgot about the 6th season ... ;-)

2) Well, it was ok. They spent a bit too much time with just showing them digging. I understood that they went for William's body, because they wanted the Lassa virus to develop some biological weapons. But how the hell could they know exactly where they buried him???
And I think they are still travel agents in their "main" life. I mean they live still as Stan's neighbours there, so why wouldn't they also keep their jobs? It's possible to fake the other family with that "adopted" child agent at the same time, because they have to play that role only for some hours in a week (they pretend to be away most of the time because of their professions as pilot and flight attendant).
But I agree, it was difficult to remember the details of season 4, so should have watched the season 4 recap before episode 5x01. I did watch it though afterwards and it was helpful actually.

but that was so stupid to dig that crap up. and then to just put it in a baggie lol.
but as usual things will heat up as it goes on.

Did anybody notice when they cut a lump of flesh off of William Crandall, they plopped it in to a clear plastic sealable bag but the flesh touched the top beforehand.
The guys had thick gloves on but unless they put that bag in to a sealed box, infection would definitely spread.
Does anyone know what happens in s5,ep2. Is it safely boxed?

I think Philip's son is a good likeness.
I also think Stan Beeman's son is a good match, as he sounds a bit like Stan.

I wish this season's Americans was shown at the same time over here in the UK. All I can do is say things for which you know the answer. I'm trying not to 'spoil' myself.
I'd be interested to know what happens when Philip's son turns up. He can't be introduced to their son Henry Jennings.
It could be a massive shock.
