1 good new twist of jamal learning he has another son.
2nd twist, the kid has to go back to get his 100 mil !
and strangely the rebels attack the woman leaving ???
Yeah, it was a pretty well done ep. Obviously the new son already left again? Why introduce him then at all?
Ihab and (even more) his girlfriend probably have made an alliance with the devil now. Those who you call "rebels" are not just opposition within Abudin, but (like in real life) foreign fanatics, who want to install a Caliphate State (IS).
So it wasn't about attacking the leaving woman in particular. They just had the bad luck to be at the wrong place (in police/military vehicles of the government) at the wrong time (just when Ihab and his new terrorist friends marched back into Abudin). Of course the IS would attack any government vehicle in sight and they killed the drivers (police or soldiers) without showing any glimmer of mercy. As in real life in Syria/Iraq they might keep the women alive as hostages for now or plan to sell them as slaves.
By introducing the Caliphate State (IS) the showrunners obviously want to enter a new level of escalation. Thinking of how Jamal's uncle also is handling things I expect a lot of more violence, which may force Barry to leave his hideout and enter the stage again.
