VIBE FACES OFF AGAINST KILLER FROST - Barry (Grant Gustin) and the team meet Tracy Brand (guest star Anne Dudek), a scientist, who may be the key to stopping Savitar. Unfortunately, Killer Frost (Danielle Panabaker) is also after Tracy so Team Flash must battle their old friend, which proves to be particularly difficult for Cisco (Carlos Valdes). Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and Cecile's (guest star Danielle Nicolet) relationship takes a big turn.

Hanelle Culpepper directed the episode written by Bronwen Clark & Joshua V. Gilbert (#320).

Yeah, I thought so by the end of 3x19 too. But I think it's kind of lame, because I simply don't see, why a future Barry would ever change that much that he would go back in time to kill the love of his life. Seems just made up to increase the drama, but doesn't work actually ...
I agree that S3 is probably the weakest season so far, still watchable, but not on top of my weekly priority list ...
