| This one says (62 min) at the eplist place, I wonder if that means just a few min longer than normal or 62 instead of 42 ? I think it is just maybe 2 min longer than normal. | |

| What more again can I say other than I just love this show! The episode was great as usual. To be honest, to some extend Samaritan and Greer even do have a point and their new approach to Shaw seems way more intelligent thant their brute attempt to brain-wash her by some chip. And Amy is absolutely adorable as Root. I think that's the best role I've seen her in ever. Her little dance and talk with Finch at the wedding was really touching. I'm already getting pretty sad, when I only think about the fact, that this unique cast can only be seen together for a few episodes and then it's over ... damn it ... | |

| ok it started before 9 pm, which again is not good for viewers ! I bet many tuned in late and missed 1st part. I tuned in before 9 and it was already going.
But it was a good ep, the bad sister, is the twin sister of woman who plays anna strong on turn! heather lind I thought it was anna, so checked it out and it was her twin sister christina lind.
The thing is not much on the samaratin story or the machine development !
The dance with root and harold was good, and she was saying he needed to let the machine go all out, like he is holding it back.
So now I guess the machine at last minute will somehow surpass samaritan, which operates unfettered for long time, which means the machine should not be able to catch up in short period.
The only thing is that samaritin , is overconfident and not used to having a strong opponent.
Well have to wait and see on that.
And yes Root has been a good role for amy , and i would say her best one too. And yeah wont see the group together much longer.
I will add, amy probably made more money on this show, than any other job she did.
And if you like Sarah, you really should watch the life series, with her and the guy from homeland. It was really good, and she was similar to shaw on that show, but better looking. I just watched it a 2nd time recently.
Well tonite 2 eps! going to watch them live, Flash at 7, then poi from 8 to 10

| O I forgot, yes samaritan has a good approach, more harsh, but in reality more effective to dealing with the bad people.
But it still is too harsh with innocents, and collateral damage.
Also it should not see team machine as a threat, but more of a nuisance. It should not try to kill them , but just disable them if they continue to interfere directly . Or tell them to just do their numbers and they will not be hurt.

And who after all would be capable to define the "greater good".without self interest or second thoughts? I think history so far has shown, that this is very dangerous ground and in real life politics we're already on a path to accept "collateral damage" way too fast and easily these days.

| Well many govt's , leaders, groups, have thru history found collateral damage to be acceptable. Killing innocents is ok if overall objective is reached.
If you look at the bombing of german cities during WWII, that was the view of allies.
So if Samaritan has just logic and no compassion, and just looks at history at what we have done and if it worked good or not, then I can see why it has that view of things.
And really the machine and the gang are kinda trivial, they save a few people each year in one city, so that is really nothing. Samaritan is looking at the bigger picture and doing similar thing but world wide.
So who should really win ?? lol
