ROADBLOCK - Clarke (Eliza Taylor), Bellamy (Bob Morley), Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) and Jasper (Devon Bostick) hit a tragic roadblock. Meanwhile, Raven (Lindsey Morgan) and Monty (Christopher Larkin) make an important discovery. Isaiah Washington and Richard Harmon also star.

Awesome episode, We know Luna is a badass, she probably would have been commander had she not left. Poor Monty, he has now killed his mother twice, this is rapidly winding down. Looking forward to them defeating Allie.

Awesome is the right word to discribe this episode and The 100, I absolutely agree!
Luna's fighting skills are by far the most badass I ever saw on a Grounder including Lexa. As Luna said, at her Conlave she already had been forced to kill her own brother in the first round and was matched against Lexa in the second, so she had to flee, because otherwise she would have killed Lexa and more. She really meant it, when she said she was done with killing.
Luna is strong and a free mind and, after this little what we saw of her, already one of the most fascinating characters of The 100. I really liked that she after all still resisted Team Clarke's usual "this has to be done, we don't have a choice", because I think she has a plan. This simply cannot be the last we saw of Luna!!
Speaking of Alie, she's really become one of the creepiest A.I.s I know from TV and movies. I really get it, how she within her "weird" program routines could launch the nuclear war.
The concept of uploading copies of human minds reminds me a bit of Caprica. Did you watch that? Imho another gem of a Sci-Fi show, which sadly couldn't make it beyond the first season.

It is more than just controlling the physical bodies.

Caprica.......... I am rewatching that now, on ep 3, I am just skipping thru some of the funky stuff.
Allie is like a real AI might be without proper guidance.

I don't think Luna is gonna become commander either, I really think Clarke is gonna try to take it and she will be ok, and then become the new cmmdr and defeat Allie.

I have been thinking the same thing, clarke will take it and since lexa is in the fire, it will work with clarke.
Since the first commander was the creator and regular human, I dont see why it requires a special person now.

Well, it's not that easy. Becca (the creator of Alie I and Alie II) altered and modified her genes, so her body was compatible with Alie II and could resist the higher radiation on Earth. As a side effect her blood got black, so she was not only the first Commander, but also the first "Nightblood". She just did have only a few more injections for people on the ground, so it's clear, why "Nightbloods" and their descendants are that rare ... So I doubt that it will work with Clarke ... and to be honest, I hope the story will turn out otherwise, because Clarke as the Commander ... way too convenient imho and not acceptable for the Grounders too, after all that has happened ...

I think the Grounders would accept her, especially if her becoming cmmdr saves them all from being zombies.

You make some good points, I didnt know she gave out a few injections, which would explain the decendents.
So right now that means it has to be luna.

But here is a question for you guys,
How did allie show herself to jaha the first time without him eating a chip ????????

yes she was, she was the tauron daughter in holoworld.

I liked her then, and they have wasted her in this show, she has had tiny parts in this show since
the beginning !

Jaha followed the rumor about a "City of Light" and finally a drone to Alie's kind of base (a property with obviously enough energy and server power to let her survive as A.I.), where she could show herself in a hologram. Jaha actually noticed pretty soon, that she was only a hologram, when he stepped right through her.
Since Jaha already was a bit crazy before in his desperate urge to however save his people, she probably didn't have much trouble to convince him to try the chip. I even have the impression, he still is not just Alie's puppet like most of the others, but more of a willing partner in crime.

Ok that makes sense, if she can see what he sees, then he has eaten a chip.
