| just saw this, wild ep ! The various grounders keep looking more like klingons as show goes on ! The clothing to me isnt realistic. More tribes now than ever , 13+ clans !
And they just thought people couldnt live on the planet !! lol How would this many grounders survive?
O well it is fantasy, I liked it when lexa kicked the guy out of the tower.
So now the ice people are the baddies, but wheres the ice??
not much if anything on the jaha story.

5) not much if anything on the jaha story. 1) I don't mind the clothing. It's absolutely ok for me. To be honest, the comparison with Klingons is pretty far-fechted imho. And it's not 13+ clans yet, as far as the show revealed, it's exactly 13 clans now, 12 Grounder clans (including the Ice Nation) plus the new "Sky People" clan. 2) The numbers of the grounders are ridiculously low compared to the number of humans on Earth before the nuclear war. So it's not that surprising, how "many" survived. The vast majority of humans on Earth was wiped out and the Grounders' numbers are only big when compared to the numbers of the Sky people. 3) Yeah, I just was 4) Jeez, you really ask deep questions ... But it's pretty clear though. As they said, the Arch's farm station landed somewhere in a snowfield, which softened enough of the impact so that many of the crew survived. When their children were playing in the snow (imagine, how fascinated they must have been!), the Ice Nation grounders attacked and the farm people were fighting ever since against them and suffered many casualties, as Pike reported. So clearly the Ice Nation lives in a colder region or in higher mountains with snow and ice ... not really a big mystery to imagine ... LOL 5) No problem actually for now, because ep 3x03 was awesome anyways. Blowing up Mount Wheather with most of the surviving farm people was quite a shocker, but also took away the incredible resources and the missiles as potential super weapon for the Sky people. Can't wait for the next ep. The 100 is definitely the best and most exciting current CW show by far!!

| I also really enjoyed this episode, I love Lexa being back, and swearing her fealty to Clarke. Kane is becoming a really cool character. Sky Crew as the 13th clan is awesome as well. | |

yes good to see her get away from the zombies and back to this show, but I dont like that thing between her eyes, I dont know why they do that. Since you 2 like the show I will try to stop being negative about it.

Yeah I got all that, but they have never showed any of the ice region. So if they cant or dont want to show it, they should name the tribe something else.
Maybe they show it later.
About the grounders , I am sure only a few survived here and there, and over time the population swelled. But the whole idea of sending the sky peeps into space for 90 years was that the radiation was deadly, so really no one should have survived and surely not many pockets of people.
The people at mt weather still could not go outside or they would die, and that is after 90 years!! yet others survived in same area outside the mtn ??

| Now the clothing, I have to wonder where even the sky people got material to make clothes.
For the grounders,. you could say animal skins, but most animals would have died along with most humans ?? : ) and the human population would grow fast, and it would be hard to make clothes for them all.
Now cotton would not be in the mtns, and really I dont know what else one would make clothes out of, but there must be other plants, as the romans etc had material. I will need to google that. But 99% of the modern population would not know either.
Color is another thing that would not be available to these grounders. Not in any quantity needed to color clothes, so how are all the clothes black??
And this only bothers me due to these people are supposed to survive off the land with no modern assistance. so it would have been much better had the writers considered what the grounders should or should not have.
And they never clarified clarks hair, did she dye it or was it some sort of wig? Or was that just mud or something? I know after she went in the water it was blonde again.
So for that they could have showed her dyeing it or whatever. I dont really even get why they did that at all.

LOL (or do you have a different impression on that? So there's no need to censor yourself ... And isn't it even more interesting to disagree sometimes and have a little discussion then?

| Now the war Are they going to be constantly at war for rest of the show?
I think they could have done other types of stories and had more people drama .
Like realistically the grounders should be amazed by sky tech, and want to have it and know more about it. and vice versa, sky people need info and grounder tech.
All the emphasis on how sky people will survive here is gone, and also they too should have been amazed at being on earth instead of in some metal ship in space, and they never really showed much on that after a ep or 2.
Right now it is like sci fi cowboys and indians, with the sky people being the cowboys. The grounders are the many indian tribes, and mostly they just want to fight and kill.

Well sure and glad you think it is ok, the thing is at times I like the show, and at times I dont. It is like a constant back and forth. Another thing is why did they have clark wander off into the woods?? I dont really see a point to that , or why she would want to go live in the woods by herself. And now she is back just after 2-3 eps.

| They weren't sent into space because of the radiation, they were already there. It was an international space station, they brought all the nations together and made a new community/civilization. If the air hadn't broken, they would have waited another generation before they went back to Earth. Also, criticize all you like, I think it makes for interesting conversation. | |

I think it makes for interesting conversation. They weren't sent into space because of the radiation, they were already there....... ok that makes sense, been awhile since I saw season 01. hey would have waited another generation before they went back to Earth...... ok makes sense, but would also support that it was not safe for humans to live there yet. I know since living in space they built up a immunity to radiation, so that explains that. I guess grounders the originals are the flaw, as to how they survived, but if they did then their offspring might be less affected , and so forth. But I guess I can just accept that aspect. The thing that made me think about it was the mt weather people. They didnt adapt at all.
