This was another very good ep full of suspension.
And Bassam meets his son again!
The ep was pretty short though, only about 40 minutes. Can't wait for more ...
I just don't get yet, what this cleric Jamal visited tries to achieve by leading Jamal into more paranoia ... is that guy actually on the side of the Caliphate or was he part of the opposition? Did I forget something about that in season 1?

well I thought he was saying a poison inside. was jamal himself.

It was a good ep, did you know 12 eps this season?

It was funny he was talking to basam and said he trusted him.

If I was basam I wuld not have made the one good brother go back to caliphate.

1) Very good point! I didn't think of that, but it's actually the truth.

2) According to http://www.thefutoncritic.com/showatch/tyrant/listings/ Tyrant S2 has 13 eps. I knew about the 13 ep order for quite a while. But I still didn't see the title or a synopsis for ep 2x13.

3) Yeah, it will happen (see the synopsis and the promo for 2x09). The thing is, that Bassam is fully aware of that danger, but obviously he has reached a point, where he's ready to make big sacrifices for the "greater good". He already had accepted the good brother as collateral damage, when they blew up the Caliphate guys. It was only luck that he survived. So technically Bassam already has accepted the potential loss of the good brother for the "right cause".
