1) do you remember the actor who is playing the seventh Messenger now? ..... he was on POI as the gangster. Looks like him, I forgot about him he was only in that last ep or 2.
2) guess you havent seen 13 yet. I thought it was good ending, better than expected.
1) Well, it was Dominic "Mini", the one who wanted to take over Elias's position as the top mobster. Actually he was not only in the last one or two eps, but played quite a role throughout season 4, so I guessed it would be an easy task for you ...
2) I agree, The Messengers had a decent ending. The showrunners kept their promise. For me this now was a nice kind of mini series with a likable cast and pretty entertaining over its whole run. But I also will remember it as the show with the weirdest handling by its network I ever got to know. It really looked like The CW wanted to fail the show from the very beginning for whatever reasons ... Sure, I think a show with a plot like The Messengers is not meant to go for five seasons, because it would get boring to see them prevent the Apocalypse somehow again and again. But I definitely could see a second season dealing with Amy as the possible Antichrist and Michael as a possible Archangel. So it looked like he showrunners couldn't resist to give us (and The CW?) a hint to what they might have planned for a second season. It's only a rather soft cliffhanger though and doesn't hurt the good ending and final impression of the show for me!

I watched all 3 today so that made it fun to watch the end.
I saved the last two and watched them as a "double feature". Made it really even more fun to watch! Actually I should do that more often, but I mostly just don't have the needed discipline for that ... and maybe on the other hand it's a good thing, because usually it's more fun to talk about it on a weekly basis. By binge watching there's simply not much time left to discuss possible twists and turns etc., just watch it and there you have your plot solutions already ... I think our forum here would be pretty dead, if we all only did binge watching ... don't you think so?

I didn't plan to, but I just got stuck and watched it to the end. Those three are nice guys ... and I had to laugh out loudly, when Jessika ("Koa") and Britanny ("Nadia") told about the face licking thing ...

Nice interview with 'The Man'. At around minute 37:00 he talks about, how plans for a second season had already been made, especially for his role. Must have been frustrating, when they realized that there never was a chance for it ...
