ROBBIE AMELL AND VICTOR GARBER GUEST STAR AS FIRESTORM - After Ronnie (guest star Robbie Amell) attacks a physicist (guest star Bill Dow), Barry (Grant Gustin) and the team realize they need to go after Caitlin's (Danielle Panabaker) fiancé who is now a dangerous meta-human. They deduce the best way to track Ronnie is to find Dr. Martin Stein (guest star Victor Garber) who was working on a project called F.I.R.E.S.T.O.R.M. Barry struggles to balance his duties as The Flash and his relationship with Linda Park (guest star Malese Jow), and Joe (Jesse L. Martin) enlists Cisco's (Carlos Valdes) help to reinvestigate the murder of Nora Allen (guest star Michelle Harrison). General Eiling (Clancy Brown) returns to Central City.

Glen Winter directed the episode written by Andrew Kreisberg & Katherine Walczak (#113).

Well barry got a new girl , and Iris seems jealous? I would rather see him with another girl , and so glad he told iris he no longer has those feelings for her.

The rest of it was too out there firestorm / nuclear man  and then he blows up anyway !
The guy who plays ronnie  was the star on tomorrow man so he must be a CW contract actor, and they just dumped him in this show.

Then the det tells cisco he suspects wells in barrys moms murder, and they prove 2 flashes were there and one was future barry.

I think in this show they are too heavy on the super villains, they should have some regular ones, and then build up to the super ones instead of them just popping up and going nuts.

The only one they are doing half right is grodd, a slow build up and show him occasionally , but they need to show more on him before he confronts barry or commits crimes.

I liked the episode, The story with Firestorm is him really just learning how to control his powers. Also,  the actor who plays him is Stephen Amell's (Oliver Queen) cousin. It was funny with Iris  being jealous.

Well, this week I've seen only Better Call Saul 1x01, TWD, PoI and The 100 so far ...
Therefore not much to comment yet ...
