"The World Wars" hist channel

Just found this , starts out with WWI at the start and focused on people who later become famous in WWII.
So they have a young hitler, churchhill, patton, mac arthur, stalin.
They show them and what they did during WWI period.
It is dramatized with actors.
I just got part 1 and 2 have not watched yet. 6 parts total , may be 90 min each.
I think it goes from WWI thru WWII.
I like WWII stuff so will give it a go.

It was pretty good, mixes in film with historical narration. I liked it.

I liked part 1 , but they make it look like the americans came in and won the war mostly by themselves.
also they did not mention that germany won a big battle before the armistice and then surrender.
I find it curious that no one really ever says exactly who did surrender for germany and why.
And also why would they take such a bad deal and not even have a say. it was basically a unconditional surrender and there was no reason to do that.

I did find out some stuff I did not know though.
