A WESEN WITH A UNIQUE ABILITY IS AT THE CENTER OF A REVENGE FUELED INVESTIGATION - SHARON LEAL GUEST STARS - Nick (David Giuntoli) and Hank (Russell Hornsby) investigate a Wesen "healer" whose ability holds risks that far outweigh its rewards. Meanwhile, Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) takes in a friend when domestic issues escalate and Hank makes a move on his physical therapist Zuri (guest star Sharon Leal). Elsewhere, Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz) finally tracks down Adalind (Claire Coffee) and has a stern warning for her. Silas Weir Mitchell, Bree Turner and Reggie Lee also star.
So the baby arrives! curious to see what they do with that.
No, it didn't. And the Captain's meeting with Adalind was short a bit disappointing. He also returns to Portland then. So the European plot takes a back seat again! I'm wondering why the Captain had to be over at Europe at all now and when they ever get finally going with this plot ... But besides that ep 2x09 case of the week with the Russian Wesen healer was good. Now we also know that the famous Rasputin actually was a Wesen called "Koschie" ...
I liked the story around Juliette and her friend, which will be continued in ep 3x10. It's kind of a two-parter in this regard. Will be interesting, how Juliette deals with the fact that her friend is Wesen. Actually it will be ep 3x10, when Juliette probably may show some bad-ass qualities to defend her friend from her violent husband ... ;-)
