Pritchard and Duval race against the clock to save Gracie from Connor (guest star Adan Canto) and Otto's life-threatening experiment. But time is quickly running out for Pritchard, as well, since there is no tank in which he can regenerate. Meanwhile, Mary, with the help of Alexa, does everything she can to try and unlock the code to save Pritchard's life before it's too late, and Otto wrestles with his conscience and the decisions he's made that have changed lives forever in the all-new "Gelassenheit" season finale episode of SECOND CHANCE airing Friday, March 25 (9:01-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

Wow, that was a very exciting and very well done season finale. Almost perfect I'd say ...
But why for heaven's sake couldn't the showrunners resist the urge to add the last minute????
I would be perfect, if there was another season, but with those ratings sadly there will be none by a chance of 99% ...
So instead a fine ending for a well told mini series we are left with a terrible cliffhanger forever ... Sad

Still definitely a series worth watching with likable characters ... it's really sad that it couldn't draw in a bigger audience.

|Well I think this was a ender with hope of a S-2 when it was made.

The ep was made maybe after 1st show had aired.
So they knew not much hope.
Now what they could have done is cut off that last bit.

But for me I wanted her and P to be together at end, and otto not dead.

I liked it but the concept was not right when they started making the eps,
and the pilot was not very good.
I dont think networks really really realize just how important the 1st show is,
and get the concept right before that.

The neilsen people will blow off a show after the pilot, and so that is very important
to be done right.
you cant fix things later, and think they will start watching again.

Plus being a late midseason show, on fridays with a poor lead in doomed this show.

I dont think enough neilsen members watched the 1st show, so at that point it was
doomed.
what were the numbers for show 1 ?? .07 and 3.5 mil ?

one thing I didnt like about the show was him having to keep going back in the tank.
Been better if he just needed a shot.

Actally I don't see a significant difference then, so no problem for me.

Well the tank was a little silly dont you think?
What was the tank doing?
how could he breathe
and it means he had to come back to that one spot and be offline for I dont know how long.

A shot would be mobile could be anywhere, make more sense, and the people could relate
to that more than him floating in a tank all the time.

Funny that a show named this would not itself get a 2nd chance!
